── Reviewing Your Work ──────────────────────────────────────────
As you design your font, you will want to see how all the
characters you are creating look in actual use, at their real
size.
Font Builder provides the capability to view the entire ASCII
character set in the current font you are working with.
There are a couple of points that are important to mention
here about this function. First, if your font is mostly un-
finished, and you started with a blank font, then most of the
characters on the View Font screen will not show up, and you
may not know what to do since you can't see the instructions.
If this happens, simply hit the ESC key to return to the Font
Builder edit screen.
Second, note that the characters displayed on the View Font
screen are in ASCII order. This makes it easier to approxi-
mate what a given character's ASCII code is.

To activate the View Font function, left-click the View Font
button in the Control Panel. You will see a screen that
displays every character in the ASCII set, all 256 of them.
When you are done reviewing them, you can left-click the
Done button at the bottom of the screen, or right-click
anywhere.

To activate the View Font function, press the V key on your
keyboard. You will see a screen that displays all charac-
ters in the ASCII set. When you are done marveling at your
font, you can return to the editing screen by pressing the D
key (for Done) or the ESC key.
